Scizor gains no exp after defeating Pokemons.

    So, I caught a Scyther yesterday and evolved it into a Scizor, and then I got back online today and fought some pokemons, but I realized that my Scizor wasn't getting any Exp and I don't know why. Someone tell me if its a bug or something else.

    which gen did you catch it, and what gen are you training it in.

    Nvm, Scizor doesnt gain exp after evovling.

    • rip. Im glad now that i evolved my steelix instead of my scyther. But, Maybe you guys should conan administrator

    Scizor is a gen 2 pokemon so if you are training it in gen 1 it wont gain xp as it was not recieved in an egg. You will have to train any gen 2 pokemon (not received from egg) in gen 2.
