How about try installing the Optifine version of 1.10.2, making sure custom textures are allowed, rejoin Pokefind. Then when it goes to install and still doesn't work, you can come back and myself or anyone else will help you. There are many guides with how resource packs not loading but mentioning the pack loading too 100% makes me think Optifine could help process.
