Description: Leech seed heals a pokemon that's fainted, reviving it when this shouldn't be possible. It also doesn't heal the active pokemon when the pokemon that used the move is switched out. When it happened (date/time): It is currently 12:30 EST on 7/20/2017, but I've found this happens whenever the move is used.
