Hello _CyndaquilGamer_, We have the age requirement of 14 because we want a specific set of maturity when it comes to applying for Staff. Now there is a low chance we accept people who are younger than 14 but they have to show that they are very mature and meet all the other requirements. I doubt the requirement will be lowered to 13, we really request 14+. I'm glad you decided to suggest it though.
Judging by the title of the post . It' a bit attention seeking already not a good start to showing maturity. Some exceptions are made to allow younger staff however they were able to prove themselves and were long time dedicated players
