Lost some progress

I was grinding as soon as I got on the server. I had my charmander evolve into a level 16 charmeleon at level 4, then I battled a few people and left. The next time I joined, I'm back at level 2. Why did this happen?

 

This has happened to my little brother, he was lvl 10, had a lvl 37 blastoise and now he's lvl5 and its a Warturtle, he bought 3 rare eggs and now he doesn't have the pokemon that was hatched from the eggs. I hope you fix this or else Im quitting. The pokemon he got out of the eggs were Chancey, machamp, and Golem. He was also on Team Mystic

 

Can you give us anymore information. Like pictures or proof?

 

The thing that can be really shown was the eggs that were bought with the recipt, and as for the pokemon and lvl I have 3 witnesses

 

Take a screenshot of your Inventory / PC - and send the receipt and that screenshot to @Daniel Matias (dmatias7 on discord)

Yes, do you have screenshots or proof? I do not doubt you, but we have had a lot of false reports and we cannot help without some sort of proof.

Trainer level 1>2 is not that hard to get. But this is still a bug none the less. We will hopefully be fixing this very soon!

 

What's your IGN and what server do you play on? I could restore your levels for you.
