Did Not get Z-Bike or Exp.share

Early Today i Bought a Z-Bike And a expshare. Then i tried to go on pokefind But the server Had gone down. The Next time i was on the server was when they were back up About a hour later to find nothing i purchased then I waited another hour like a staff member told me to And if my purchase wasnt there i Should make a Support ticket.
