Hey! So recently I have been winning and getting crates. However when I open the crates there is a timer, which I now your supposed to wait out, but after the timer is done I can't collect the loot. I log back when when the crate is finished. It says that after the timer runs out you can claim your loot by left clicking, but nothing ever happens. I am wondering if this is a bug or I'm doing something very wrong.. Please help!
