Ban ChargeBack

    Hello everyone,

    My name is Splashyyyy and I've been playing on the server since January and I stopped in March or something like this. When I tried to join the serv in these last days, it tolds me that I've been banned permenantly for chargeback. Can someone help me?

    P-S: I'm french and I don't understand what's the meaning of chargeback for this ban. Can someone help me for this too?

    Hello Splashyyyy! The meaning of chargeback is when, You or someone bought you something from the server and got their money back for whatever reason. I am sure staff will address this with contacting the owner. Anyways, hope I helped and have a nice day!
