Losing Items In Skyblocks

Everytime i have logged off of skyblocks within the last 2 days i have lost all my money and everything in my invetory. I have lost about 8-9 Million dollars now and i am very upset so now i have to keep my account Afk all the time when i am not using it so i dont lose anything and it is wasting my power i would like this situation to be fixed and if someone could get my money back that would be great

 

I Was Going To Spend $20 On Keys But I Am Afraid I Will Lose Everything So I Will No Longer But Them

 

I Have Logged Off Today After Harvesting My Rhydon minerals with 4 million dollars I log on and it is at 0 dollars I am extemly upset with this server and that I am not getting help quicker

 

I had the same, lost like $20m, 2 legendary birds and a lot of great tools ;-;
