Connection Timed Out

    Every time I try to join the server it says "connection timed out" i have tried the basic stuff like resetting but I just cant join this server, I can join all of the other servers i have just not this one. Any Help will be greatly appreciated

    Are you trying to join in 1.10.2 +? If you are trying to join in any lower version, you won't be able to.

    Thank you so much i couldnt find anything specifying what version you need to be in, i was trying 1.9
