Add watchdog

    Pokefind should add watchdog so that players can report in game to hackers who cheat in pokewars and other gamemodes.

    As long as people don't keep spamming it, trying to get random people banned, this would be good.

    To be honest, I like the report option. But the whole watchdog thing, it would be a copy of another server. I would definetly recommend a Report Feature but not watchdog.

    It would be great to have this system like probably call it the "PokéEye" haha - really want this type of system but it is better to have the classic and current ways of reporting a player using unwanted softwares in-game.
