All I know about capturing the legendary bird is we need 3-5 stacks of ultra balls, so does that mean it may take an hour or so?
Is all I need to prepare is the 5 stacks of ultra balls? (And something to make my Pokemon survive and spare time)

Make you take potions and revives along with you to heal your pokemon along the way!

I will probably bring a few Pokemon with 100% accuracy sleep status move and only revive them in the battle.
So, every time a ball is thrown it weakens the Pokemon?

Nah, I will use spore or trick. Anyway, what lvl pokemon do you use to sleep that bird? I bet if it's high enough you don't ever need to switch pokemon or have a lot of potion break in the middle of uballs fest.
I don't think I will ever buy master ball, etc. It's probably better to buy rank and other rare items.

Don’t send a pokemon out just throw uballs or poke balls because they don’t have time limits

Don't send your pokemon in to the battle, use it as a last resort if anything. I guess I got lucky but it only took me 14 pokeballs outside of battle
