Hello Pikachu5128, The party command was designed for team games, specifically 2+ player pokewars. in the pokewars solo lobby, the game being played is supposed to be done alone and therefore the /party command is not really required. Continuing off of that, cross teaming, or joining up with another player outside your team is not allowed. If you're looking to play with your friend then join a group pokewars game and do the /party command there. I hope this helps!
