Legandary quest

there is an attached file for the legandary quest problem is this ment to happen ? ( i allso cant walk past the spot i am becuase of an invis wall

About the Pokémon , Email [email protected], they will restore your backup file

 

i still have them in the actual server but at rocket HQ they dont turn up

Yes you can still msg a manager about that, they will help with your pokes so that they do show up in the rocket HQ

 

I think you might be having the same issue as some other players in which in Gen 1 and Gen 2 servers (and by the looks of it, maybe the quest servers) it shows that you have no items or Pokemon at all.
This is an issue we are aware about and are working hard to fix right away. Please be patient and hopefully it will be all fixed soon.
In the mean time I recommend you try to play Gen 3 as it is not having this issue. Maybe occasionally try to login to the other gens and see if it's working again.
