Hello Lorrees, Unfortunately, as you have discovered, the store is unable to access the money in Prepaid Visa's. One option you have is to exchange the Prepaid Visa for a Prepaid Master Card or an American Express Card, both of which do work with the store. Prepaid master cards also do not work as for I found that out today when trying to purchase champion and a few eggs with $110 as I had to purchase an American Express card with the money I had on my prepaid master card, since the store is an international store the MasterCard and Visa prepaid cards will not work on this store IGN: TheOriginalGImic Discord: TheOriginalGimic#7529
