Inappropriate ban for bob_sprite

bob_sprite purchased a rank and was then banned dut to "Chargeback." However, this was a paypal accident. This is my second appeal. If you need my father to purchase it again, he will do so without hesitation. I have also done everything you told me to do (going to paypal and closing the open case). Is there anything I can do to get him unbanned?

I have appealed on email, but they told me to appeal on forums because they stopped responding to my emails.

 

That is correct. I tried appealing there, but it said I had insufficient privilege to post there.
