TMs/Move Tutor/ I.V and E.V Checker???

Survival is going very well! and I am enjoying it with my friends so much! but there are few things we complain about.

First, TM's are not available. Me and my friends have been needing these for the longest time... Not really, but yea, for me specifically, I kinda need Thunderbolt and Ice Beam, but with us complaining, I'm sure there are others desperately needing these too.

Move Tutor. I evolved my Starmie too quickly, haaalp.

I.V and E.V checkers. I'm currently E.V training my Starmie, but how do I know when to stop? I need some way to know without guessing that I have completed his training, and I would also like to check the I.V's of some pokemon too, in case I want to abor- I mean trade them for a better pokemon.

Edit: Oh yeah and a server mob spawner would be nice for new players thanks :3
