All My Progress Reset!!!!!!

I was playing for the first time on Pokefind a few hours ago, i logged off to eat, then proceeded to log back on only to find that all of my progress had been reset, i was level 3 and now i am level 1 again, and all my pokemon are gone as well

This issue is known to the development team, please be patient while we try and resolve this bug.

 

Can you, in any way shape or form provide a little information.
What server where you on before roll back, and what server after roll back.
Do you have any eggs (Pokémon that you got from eggs)
Where you doing anything in particular.
Where you switching servers a bunch?
Anything else that can be helpful?

This happened to me too it was on server 3 I think. I lost a niodqueen, nidoking, graveler, kadabra and a few other insignificant pokemon. I had just evolved my chameleon, I was about to reach pokemon trainer level 10, the reset brought me back to level 5 and my chameleon to level 19.
I have no eggs

 

I was on server 3 or 4, but the servers are interconnected aren't they? I logged on a different server and i had the same progress, but then everything reset when i logged off

half of my progress reset and I was on trainer level four and now it is on two. my Minecraft username is moneyfall. also when I type in /hub it does not do anything
