Anyone have suggestions for how to catch dratini?

For me i've looked over and over again for dratini or dragonair and at lvl 18 and with /warp I still get no luck. If you have suggestions for ho to catch one please let me know

Best way Step 1. Put on dora the explora theme song. step 2. Drink soda.. alot of it. Step 3. Dont go to sleep stemp 4. Well... basically just do an all nighter at wyverntavernjavern

 

Pretty much haha. Dratini is actually rarer that we originally intended it to be, but the extreme rarity adds a lot of value to anyone who has it.

In the course of two weeks, I have 2 dragonite a, 2 dragonair, and 1 dratini. Has taken several hours and sitting in Discord. Makes the game more exciting

I found it three times on three days xD

 

apparently, dratini spawns in wyvern village and maybe other city

there was a 2 dragonair who spawned, but they are gone now
