Hello MajesticChickens, what do you mean by it's a bad charmander? This could mean the IVs or the nature on the Pokemon itself. If those aren't to your standards, you will need to either trade for a better one, or hatch some eggs that can be acquired by voting or the server store to get exactly what you are wanting on your PokeFind Team.
Ah in skyblock, well usually evolving the Pokemon will make it's function faster. As a base charmander it should not go any faster than what the limit is.
