Thank you for this report, I will forward your findings to the Devs. Beedrill just by chance spawned in a NPC, not an actual bug. Rewards bug is known but not owned by Pokefind so... I don't see the bug with Nidoqueen? Otherwise the sign should be removed soon, I just needa get on and find the coords.
I see, that is your Nidoqueen but it didn't register you in a gym. Also a known bug and if you plan to /claim, make sure you don't leave the lobby because that is what resets the number of Pokemon registered in a gym.
