Can't connect?

    Hey, so I've been wanting to join for the first time, but even though the servers are supposedly back on, MC keeps giving random reasons for not connecting me. so far I've got "server is full," "Hub 1 is full," "connection timed out," "you are trying to connect too fast," and variations of those messages. any ideas why?
    EDIT: forgot to add that i'm using 1.11.2, i have no mods, no resource packs and i don't think it's my anti-virus program. Thanks!

    The server is online, but bare with it. There are hundreds of people trying to connect.
