A lot of people are not able to pay for eggs, we should make it that we are able to get eggs from Pokestops but make them really rare, even more rare then stones. Getting Shiny Eggs from pokestops is a little too much so make it that it is not possible to get shiny eggs so the server still gets money from player buying them.
Disagree, if eggs are given out to players for "free" they should be implemented in a way so that the player must earn them. There's already enough RNG with evolution stones from Pokestops. The player shouldn't just randomly be given an Egg, it should be earned by completing tasks, or some sort of challenge.
I think the point of having shiny eggs was to make a donator related item that is actually pretty neat. There's no real point on adding basic eggs since you can catch every pokemon in the game, unless you want to add a breeding feature to the server (which would be awesome) where players can train IVs and get eggs to hatch and stuff.
Pretty much impossible to finish the game unless you get eggs, and for most, paying real money is impossible. Make it earnable in the game in some way, or make it possible to get the Pokemon in the eggs in some other way. Otherwise there isn't much point in playing this, as mean as that sounds.
What about making a more basic one such as a "Uncommon egg" It would have stuff like magikarps magmars all the basic pokemon and than it would have Rare and Epic pokemon as 1%-5% So like Magikarp would be 75% and a Shiny ninetails would be 0.6% It would be more of a chance egg. There could also be a story to this egg and that the Mystery made them like this on purpose as a scam.
What about some achievements like 'Evolve your first pokemon' which can give you tokens or coins. But the really hard ones that takes grinding and time can reward you with a Epic or uncommon Egg. Something like 'Get all your pokemon in your inv to lvl 50'. And maybe make it so that trading pokemon does not count towards a levelling achievement
There are two ways to get free eggs actually. First voting, if you vote on all 4 sites you have a chance to get a rare egg. The second way are giveaways that Aaron and Danny do, but dont ask for giveaways because they only do it on special occasions!
it should be either a daily for rare, every 5 days for epic and weekly for shiny. and the better the egg the harder the task like obtain 30000 xp for rare obtain 100000 for epic and obtain 200000 xp for shiny
It's now possible to get eggs by voting. You can get a Rare egg as bonus when you vote. It's not always, it has just a chance to be included as a bonus. But I don't think they should make it possible to get the other eggs buy voting or something else. Don't forget, it will be unfair against those that already bought them. For them, it wouldn't be nice at all. And otherwise, now you get a balanced system from pokemons. Not everyone has the best. But people who buy eggs and got some pokemons double, trade it most of the time with others.
As Alyvax already said, you can obtain eggs by voting. This is a very small chance. But there is however a second way for a free egg. There are sometimes egg giveaways by the owner/admin or by youtubers/normal trainers. The Pokemon you obtain from eggs can be traded so there's always a way of obtaining the Pokemon you can get from an egg.
