GEMS

Hello today i recently purchased $12 worth of gems it was one 1200 and one 300 so thats 1500 in all. when i get in the game it says +1200 gems and +300 Gems but when my game was over and i returned to the lobby I was left with 1200 gems with out the 300 gems that i was supposed to get

 

and i was in a game when it said +1200 gems and +300 gems

 

and no i havent opend any crates scince i purchased them

 

and i started with 11 gems so now im at 1211

 

And iv tried reloging

unfortunatly this is all i could get because i couldnt find the reciept

 

and i said i had 1211 earlier and the reason i have 1202 is because i waited and spend 9 gems on speeding up a crate

 

Your receipt should be sent to your email, I would recommend looking through your Spam or Junk folder

 

i still couldnt find it in the junk or spam

 

aproxximently when will i be getting the gems?

That is the best way to solve your problem. PS: Send them the pictures.
