I am stupid

I just started the game (didnt even finished the tutorial) and I was searching the stats of the three starters, choosing what to pick; I finished off with the idea of getting for my first time Bulbasaur and accidentally picked Charmender. Can I someway change it to Bulbasaur?

 

There currently is no way to change Pokemon or restart at this time. But you can how ever buy eggs from the shop to have a chance to get the other starters, which you there for can trade away to other players / trade for a Bulbasaur. You can also get the evolution.
