i lost levels and pokemons

    i was level 23 and i left to switch server as soon as i rejoin im back to level 21 and my lapras and other pokemon i caught was gone also my pokemon levels were reset to lower levels how can you fix this ????

    We currently are still working this out, on why and how it happens. We currently can't do anything about it. But if you are able to capture by video that would be very helpful.

    Try jointing server 15 and see if that works
