I received double the amount of EXP Shares after a daily restart

I hope this is in the right section.

I purchased a 3x Pack of EXP Shares at around 3:15am EST and returned to the game to realize that a daily restart was happening within less than a minute. I of course stuck around to see if I got my EXP Shares which did show up within a few moments.

Then the restart happened.

So I went to grab some water, came back and hopped back in the server and noticed there was a 6 on my EXP Shares. I checked the Payment confirmation from both Paypal and PokeFind and they both said 3x EXP Shares with the total of that pack. I think that may be due to the daily restart. I just hope I don't get banned for this and hope this exploit is fixed. Please let me know what I can do to return the EXP Shares.
