I've lost all my progress and my In Game Rank on top of that

I've logged back into the Pokefind server after only 5 days of absence but, when I returned to the game I noticed that I've not able to go into the Second Region of the server, I also wasn't granted rank priority in the servers. I then realised that I'm rank have no rank nor am I level 50. When I joined one of the servers in the first Generation, I also lost all the pokemon that I've caught. I need help to restore my account back to the way it was.

 

This is a known bug going around the server. Don't worry, your progress is not lost.
Please email "[email protected]" with your In-game name and explain the issue, they should be able to fix it as soon as possible.
