Lost Dragonite

So I was at Coast City, organising my pc when I selected Dragonite and then *poof*, gone. I tried to fix this problem put it seems like it is never coming back. It was lvl 30. I have poked proof of this here and also pc proof that its gone. Please help me get it back! I have no other proof Thanks!

Have you tried relogging? Also have you tried to contact Aaron or Discord about this issue?

 

I have and just contacted Aaron but it doesn't seem like he's replying? Maybe he's busy

In the meantime can you hover over the dragonite and let me see the Seen: Caught: ratio.
Also explain how you got the dragonite?

 

Your account suffered from the seen/caught bug so theres no way to tell if you actually got a dragonite, since you have not gotten a dratini or dragonear.

 

I got the Dragonite from an egg

 

Can you post a picture of you hovering over that dragonite. Also message @Aaron or @Daniel Matias on discord.

Hey @Oreoq, @Aaron will give you a new Dragonite, but would you be able to tell me exactly what happened before you lost it? Were you moving Pokémon between your party and PC by any chance?

 

No, I was simply organising my pc when I dragged Dragonite to the right top corner and it *poofed*

 

Did it drop out of the pc?
