Lost levels and pokemon

Hi,
When I logged off yesterday (2/10/2017), I was at a level I could catch/see level 30 pokemon and in foretree village farming grass type pokemon to level up my fire type pokemon. The fire pokemon were all around level 28 that I had caught using my just newly evolved Blastoise that was level 36 or 37. When I logged on today, I was level 7 and in snowtip city with all the stuff I had from when I was level 7.... After freaking, logging off shutting down minecraft & PC and logging back in I found that it all chanced again... I was level 6 with all the stuff I had at level 6 and I spawned in/near Finderia......
What the crap? I don't think I did anything different/wrong then what I normally do. I haven't been able to contact anyone who can help? Can you help or direct me to someone who can?
If It helps I think I was on server 6 yesterday til around 9pm est.
