Never received the Champion Rank

Hello whoever staff member is reading this,

I purchased a Champion Rank for $79.99 and logged into the server. I waited 5 whole minutes and nothing changed or nothing appeared in my inventory. I was frustrated that I never received my rank. If I need to show proof of it not showing up, then I will edit this later if this does get commented by the staff saying I do need to show. Anyways, I wanted the staff to know that my purchase of the Champion Rank I never received.
