Pokefactions: DeOped Moves

Now i know that some moves were originally OP and did alot of damage or were just plain awesome. But they were downgraded to being not at all fun. Could u managers plz instead make the moves rarer than removing their power.

Feather shot:

 

WHat i mean by feather shot, it originally did damage, now all it does is slow the enemy down a tiny bit
It would be better if it did at least 3 hearts of damage
