Pokemon Job(like skyblock) in Pokemon Survival

Dear everyone,
I knew that in Skyblock, Pokemons will work so I created this idea.
-Pokemon need to hold a script to make them work
-Pokemon script will crafted by 8 papers and a stack of items, the items:
Wood logs for scyther
1 diamond sword for eevee(I think this will coming soon)
Irons for rhyhorn
Stones for geodude
Lily pads for magikarp
Hoppers for Pikachu
etc...
-Pokemon will stay there and they will not go out in the user's hotbar
-Pokemon script will have a limited time like only 10k ticks in minecraft
-There will be a message:will you want to make your pokemon to work? If the user selected YES, the pokemon will do thier job, if selected NO, the pokemon will be displayed like usual
-The Pokemon has a chance to gain xp when doing thier job
-Champion Trainer+ don't need a script to tell Pokemons to work(they can use /work when they selected the pokemon in thier hotbar)
This is all my suggestions, I hope this can help Pokemon Survival.
