Problem With PC

What should i Do in this situation:

I got some pokemon but they were weak. I put my charmander in the pc and went to train them up. I came back and charmander was gone. HELP ME I WANT MY STARTER BACK. or just say how to reset

 

You cannot reset. That is a known issue. What is your IGN?

Currently not yet. At a later date we will look back into this.

 

So am I able to get an admin to find me a replacement charmander because I really want one

Where do charmanders spawn?

 

Charmanders do not spawn in the wild. Other starters are only obtainable in Eggs. Eggs are bought on the website, or possibly during events (Do not quote me on that, because events haven't been sorted out yet)

 

Wow just give me my charmander back already i want it

Plus i am not spending $10 to get a charmander

 

I am only a SR. MOD I cannot give anything sadly, the only thing I can do is send your IGN to the developers too get it figured out.

I understand that. The only thing I am able to do at this point is let the Devs know, to get it undercontrol. It will be fixed, I can promise you that. I apologize that this has happened to you. You are not the only one, so it is a known bug.

 

alright since trading was added can you guys now trade me a charmander or you guys better figure out a way to solve this

But anyways a suggestion is buy me the egg since i am not spending my money on this dumb game

You should show proof that you ever had one. A screenshot of your pc and pokedex might be enough.
