Progress Lost

So today I get on and play till level 7 trainer level. I had Charmeleon lv27, Gyradose lv20, Magmars lv21 etc. I press disconnect (because /hub, /lobby wasn't working) and when I log on later I'm level 5 with Charmeleon lv17, No gyradose or magmars.
