Hello Mitoru, I'm sorry to inform you but Rhyhorn gens have been updated to reduce lag. They inventory of your Rhyhorn might have been cleared they were updated.
Try and pick up the ryhorn and place it back down again, it will only mine when the inventory has space in it and you might just need to update it since the update.
