Save game bug

I started to play the server yesterday and setting a goal to get my charmander to charizard by the day. I got that, become level 9 almost 10 and had a level 36 charizard then i logged off to sleep.
Now the day after i logged on and saw that my charizard were become a level 32 charmeleon. also lost about 1 player level from 9 and half to beginning of level 8.
Possible to fix this for me? used alot of time and effort to get that charmeleon to 36

 

THE SERVER RESTARTED AND I JUST GOT CHARIZARD AGAIN AFTER LEVELING AND NOW ITS DOWN TO 31 AGAIN!?!?! THIS MAKES ME SO MAD NOW

 

FIX THE SERVER FAST AF AND MESSAGE ME WHEN ITS FIXED AND ILL COME BACK

 

IM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM, IVE BEEN WAITING A DAY FOR A REPLY FROM STAFF BUT THEY ARE "TOO BUSY" TO FIX A MAJOR ISSUE

 

First off. Writing in caps does nothing but annoy us. It won't get your answer quicker or your wish faster.

Can you, in any way shape or form provide a little information.
What server where you on before roll back, and what server after roll back.
Do you have any eggs (Pokémon that you got from eggs)
Where you doing anything in particular.
Where you switching servers a bunch?
Anything else that can be helpful?

ok sorry i just got abit pissed when it happend 2 times in a row.

i just played a couple of hours not leaving or changing any servers, i were just on the server training my pokemon all the time.
It was my starter pokemon so no eggs involved.
noting other that happend, i only trained my pokemon and leveling up. thats it

 

Do you know what server you where in?

 

i think i was in 3 or 4 but im not sure
