This is for pokemon sky islands. I think that once you upgrade a pokemon to max evolution you should be able to upgrade it to become a shiny pokemon... once a pokemon is shiny you can give it a tool that would help with their job (syther an axe, charizard a pickaxe, and mew a sword) Then whatever enchants are on that tool will be transferred to the pokemon... so mew can use looting to collect more mob drops and charizard can use fortune so whatever smelted around him will multiply like when mined with a pickaxe. The tools will take durability damage and will break over time and are needed to be replaced. Thank you for reading and good luck building.
