Whenever you talk to
Lavender (-91, -9), you will be sent to the
Rocket HQ. She will be there to take you back in case you ever leave.
The first time you enter the Rocket HQ, you will need a pokemon in your party with
Rock Smash. Immediately after using Rock Smash, you can leave and get rid of your Rock Smash pokemon. You will not need it anymore.
Please be sure to have
empty slots in your inventory for the next trainers. When the opponent uses
Knock Off, your
held item should go into your inventory.

Next you will do some difficult
parkour. Here's information about it.
Parkour Walkthrough
Jump on purple glass blocks and moving platforms! Be patient! There's no rush, just wait until a platform is close to you before jumping on, and wait for it to be close to where you're going before leaving.
If you see redstone dust floating in the air, the redstone dust represents the edges of an invisible platform! If you fall, this invisible platform serve as sort of a checkpoint so you only have to redo the current section. ...Just make sure if you fall you land on the invisible platform.
Key 1: (-992, 71, 1852)
Once you have the first key, proceed forward into the rocket ship. Don't jump back down to the floor!
Inside the rocket ship, jump up the glowstone blocks, then go up the floating water things. Try to be at the top of your 'swim,' and at the edge of your current water thing before moving on to the next water thing! And make sure you hold down your jump button. Once you are at the top, mess around with all the buttons and levers until something happens! Enjoy the cutscene!
Next you'll be doing end rod parkour. Make sure to hold your crouch button when you land to help keep you from falling off! Just make sure you aren't holding crouch when you start your next jump even if your next jump is really close.
Next is Yellow Carpet parkour! If you're skilled, you can leap straight from the room's entrance to the third or fourth carpet and save you a couple of jumps, but it doesn't really matter if you miss it.
Next is Invisible parkour! The wall of the room is a mirror that shows you where the invisible blocks are, as they correspond to the glowstone in the mirror. You can also shoot arrows or drop items onto the invisible platforms if you are still having trouble. You can also use the sea lanterns on the wall as reference points to help you gauge depth. Once you beat the invisible parkour, drop down the hole and collect the final key!
Key 2: (-1036, 1883)
Jump down and go to this door. Just right click the first dispenser and the door will open.
Dispenser 1: (-1003, 1819)
Then walk over to the next dispenser and right click again.
Dispenser 2: (-1010, 1811)
Now you can go through the second door.

Finally head into the elevator to begin the next section (if you 'dismount,' you can double press jump and hold jump to fly upwards). After watching the
fun cutscene, you will climb up the
weird staircase. There are
some holes but it is very very
mild parkour compared to what you had to do earlier. Once at the top, head into the black room! Soon you will reach the final boss! Make sure you have
empty inventory slots so you can claim your quest rewards!
The Final Boss.
(-894, 418)
Arbok. Intimidate, Life Orb. Crunch, Aqua Tail, Earthquake, Gunk Shot.
Meowth. Gunk Shot, Body Slam, Foul Play.
Weezing. Black Sludge, Levitate. Fire Blast, Sludge Bomb, Dark Pulse
Machamp. Flame Orb, Guts. Stone Edge, Close Combat, Earthquake, Ice Punch
Gengar. Life Orb. Energy Ball, Shadow Ball, Thunderbolt, Dazzling Gleam
Shiny Gyarados. Leftovers, Moxie. Earthquake, Ice Fang, Waterfall
After you beat her, right click the
locking device (-894, 427) at the bottom of the cage. Once the birds have flown away, do
/spawn, and then before doing anything else:
1. Make sure your inventory has
at least 10 empty slots.
2. use
/settings and turn
Chat OFF.
Talk to Professor Hemlock again
(-74,-32), and, in chat,
carefully click on the Legendary Bird you wish to obtain. It may help to turn off your chat
/settings, so that other player's aren't making your chat move fast.
Then travel to the location that is given to you:
(-41, 78).
You will have
ONE opportunity to catch this legendary bird, so proceed with extreme
caution and
preparation. Healing first is recommended.
Masterball is highly recommended if you have them available to you. However, you are allowed to just throw pokeballs at it without entering combat, as long as you don't throw out a pokemon or click on the bird directly. So, theoretically, you can safely catch the bird by throwing dozens of regular pokeballs at it until one finally works.
Good luck!
