Trading real money for ingame pokemon

    So if a person has a dragonite and they are selling it for a pro rank would it be against the rules to do so?

    It is against the rules to trade with real money, so yes it is against the rules to do so.

    As of a recent discussion by staff, this is now allowed. Warning: if you are scammed we cannot help, if any charge backs are made normal punishments will be given.

    @D_Diamonds who gets punished for the chargeback. the person who bought the rank or both?

    @Tyler489 I believe it would be the person's account that received the item, not the buyer.

    It has been confirmed that both the buyer and the person who the item is being bought for will be banned. You will have to take responsibility for your actions in this event.
