What are the required lvl to use region 1/kyoto in region 3/Haikou?

    What are the lvl i had a functional charizard,machamp,gengar,alakazam and now not functional in region 3 wut are the lvls?

    Hello Andy_Cool05, it depends on the levels of those Pokemon, if you look in your PokeGear and then go to the badges section and hover over them, you will see the required level to be able to use what certain leveled Pokemon.
