why had i been banned

why had i been banned by hacking?i was just playing like a normal pvp player in the game.I didn't use any hack while i was playing the game.I hope that the mod can tell me the reason why i had been banned

@frozen_flame00 SAME i just posted a forum or ban appeal because i was banned for using a hacked client even tho ive never used a client and if i did i would never use it on PokeFind

 

same never used a hack client and it said i did

 

Sometimes a message pops up that you are banned for hacking - you can try to reconnect because it could be a kick only, our kick messages are not fixed properly yet at the moment but sorry for the inconvenience.
