Add TM's

    This will make coins more useful. You can go to a normal shop or a TM shop and spend 100,000+ coins. It varies on the move.

    TMs may be added in the future, but remember we dont use mods so our devs have to code every single TM, HM, and code shops, npcs, drops, and others.
