Adding Shiny Starters and NPCs that can buy Pokemon?

Iv'e seen this in most servers, maybe you could add shiny starters when you first start the game? And also, maybe there can be an NPC that you could visit once a week that could give you coins/tokens depending on the pokemon you want to give to them, for example, Pidgey: 10 coins Lapras: 5,000 coins or 5 tokens

 

Shiny pokemon are donor perk bought through eggs. Would be cool to sell junk pokemon for coins / tokens . Btw when you say most other servers this isn't pixelmon btw ...

 

Shiny starters would be a terrible idea as it would ruin the economy But selling Pokémon with coins/tokens would be an interesting and profitable idea!
