Disappearing items

when i logged into gen 3 I saw in the shop some dusk balls and the ethers so i bought a stack of ethers and 20 dusk balls, but then i realised that there are no trainers so i logged out and tried a different server, but to my surprise all the dusk balls and the ethers were gone and so was my money. so i want my stuff back or my money because there was a bug and it stole my money. Also i tried to add a screen shot but it didn't work so please help me with that if a screen shot is needed
