im lvl 11 and in amp city where people said they found and caught eletabuzz butt after 3 hours of running around amp city being lvl 11 i havent found one. So either they are not spawning or every source on the forums is wrong..
Electabuzz are a rare spawn but there should have been an electabuzz spawn somewhere on the Pokefind servers within 3 hours not necessarily the server you were in. The best way to find electabuzz is to join the pokefind discord. There is a chat dedicated for players notifying others of rare spawns Hope this helps
