Gen3 Starters Dissapered

Hello my name is Kevin i have champion rank on your discord server and so when gen3 came out today i went to it i picked torchic as the starter and as champion rank i get mudkip and treecko to so i choosed torchic and in chat it said mudkip treecko and torchic were transfered to pc page 2 i check it and only torchic was there but not treecko and mudkip so they werent there i checked all pc pages and they werent there and so plz fix that and can i get mudkip and treecko back plz.
