I am level 31 and my XP bar is glitched and I need help fixing it

My xp bar is broken, and says the I need the xp of a low level trainer. Can a mod help fix this. (This is my first forum post ever)

 

And my XP wont go up when I win a fight

It is not broken as the only way to gain trainer exp after level 30 is to go to the gen2 world, where you will be once again limited to the Pokemon you had as a level 1 player in Kyoto. This is to say that once you reach gen2, at level 30 your level cap is level 6, and you will start all over again with a level 5 starter. With these conditions, it was deemed that going to gen2 would be like starting over at level 1, thus the experience required per level gain would proceed as it had when you were level 1 in Kyoto. To answer your second question, you will only be able to gain trainer experience in the Gen2 world after level 30. I hope this answers your question!
