As of 6/2/18, while I was looking at the servers to see who would Shiny trade, on Survival Server 6, I saw lava at the Pokecenter and an Egg directly at the Spawn place. I'm not sure if there is more here, but this was what I found. The images of the lava and Egg are attached as Files. (Not sure if this was the right place to put this, but I think this is the right one)
I believe those will go away when the Server restarts. If they do not, we'll most likely need a Manager to fix it. Thank you for reporting it.
