Loyal Companion Challenge Not Giving Reward

    What is the Problem (Be as detailed as possible): When my breeded slowbro reached level 100, I did not get my reward for the loyal companion challenge.
    When did this problem occur: Problem occurred at 11/25/17, somewhere around 3:00PM-3:43PM
    Any other details: Video of my slowbro reaching level 100,
